ABOUT US

Bet on Us. That’s where it all began in 2021 with one simple but powerful decision: to bet on ourselves.

Nelson and I were both living the typical 9–5 life, doing what was expected, but dreaming of something more. We shared a deep love for food, family, and bringing people together around the table. One day, we looked at each other and said, “Let’s do this. Let’s be our own bosses. Let’s build something that’s ours.” And just like that, we took the leap - no roadmap, no guarantees, just heart, hustle, and belief.

Starting a food business wasn’t easy. We stepped into a whole new world, learning permits, navigating the Central New York food scene, figuring out festivals, events, and what it really takes to run a mobile kitchen. There were long nights, early mornings, and plenty of lessons along the way. But we kept going, fueled by passion, grit, and a whole lot of love for what we do.

At the core of everything is food - the kind that brings people together. The kind you share with family, friends, and neighbors. Our recipes come from culture, tradition, and love, and our mission has always been simple: serve food that feels like home and creates connection.

From long festival days and food truck events to private parties and community gatherings, every moment has been worth it. Seeing people come back for seconds, smile with every bite, and tell us they feel the love - that’s what keeps us going.

This isn’t just a business. It’s our dream on wheels. And we’re beyond grateful to share it with a community that believed in us from the very beginning.

With love and gratitude,

Odalys & Nelson
